International Air Shipping delivery to your door will be made by a local carrier.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order – you’ll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs during checkout.
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days.
Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes vary by country of destination – based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship.
You will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt. If the due charges are not paid at the time of order delivery, the merchandise will be returned back to iStore and any of the shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer.
Due to shipping regulations, not all items can be shipped internationally.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.
If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can update your details by replying to our Order Confirmation email with your request.
For all deliveries you can track the status of your order via online Order Tracking page, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
